Neptune

We have been customers of neptune canterbury since opening in 2016, and just love the products and atmosphere at the store. it’s such a friendly space to spend time, get inspired and plan new home projects or just buy a beautiful special little treat for a gift or yourself. we’ve also spent several fantastic evenings at the showroom taking part in workshops and special events, which makes this place so much more than just a shop! highly recommended.

I have shopped at neptune canterbury a few times now and enjoyed every experience. i particularly love the christmas atmosphere, with the happy helpful staff, beautiful displays and charming music playing. i also took part in a christmas wreath workshop here, it was a lovely experience and a wonderful way to get into the christmas spirit early. thank you to all the staff who make it such a pleasant experience each time.

I entered this shop today for the first time 🙂....i was blown away as it was completely all the things i love want and need under one roof....3 members of staff were working....one who i believed to be the manager very smiley and polite also a dark haired lady who was extremely polite and helpful and then......a miserable blonde who because of her made me walk out empty handed as she made me feel unwelcome so thank you for ruining my day i hope tomorrow you treat your customers the way we should be treated

Came in the other day and was greeted with the most loveliest staff. neptune should feel privileged that they have such great members in their team 💛

Great products & beautiful shop, but stuff don’t always have good product knowledge and can be a bit off ish. every time i go in i leave feeling a bit meh which is a shame as i love neptune.
