Hampton by Hilton Canterbury

Workers are very welcoming and helpful, the room is clean, ac worked well (this was important because we were doing a road trip around England this summer and we know the older hotels do not have ac), the lobby was very nice and allowed us a place to hang out since our room was a little small. We also LOVED the location. It made everything so convenient since we didn't need to drive anywhere. We had a car since we were doing a road trip around England, so it was convenient that the Hampton partnered with a car park to give us a discount and it wasn't a far walk at all from the car park. Overall, it was great and we would book with them again if we come back.

Stayed there for a three day work trip. The reception staff was really friendly and helpful. The rooms were fine. The location is excellent. Little but fresh breakfast.

It has always been lovely visiting Hampton by Hilton Canterbury. Ali has been always been incredibly helpful, kind and hospitable. He really made sure our stay was comfortable and easy; assisting whenever needed, thank you for this. The entire staff have been great, rooms are comfortable and service is lovely.

A very nice hotel in the heart of the town. Near the train station, stores and high street, it's a great place to stay. They offer complimentary breakfast and the staff was very nice. I would have scored it a 5/5 had it not been for the noise which can be heard from our room. The hotel is situated between two clubs, so you can hear the booming sound even until 2am. Fortunately, because the staff are quite nice and understanding, they did offer us to sleep in another room when we raised the issue. Other than that, the hotel is clean with a nice vibe. Definitely enjoyed our stay!
