Great experience, except for front desk service which was shoddy on the second night of our stay. We booked a family room with two adults and a child. Before leaving the hotel at about 11am that day, I spoke with the front desk staff about our room being cleaned and requested for 3 fresh towels to be put in the room after cleaning, which he noted down. We got into the hotel at past 10pm and meet just two towels. As there are no telephones in the room to call downstairs, I went downstairs to the front desk to request for one. I pressed the call bell on the counter as there was no staff at the desk. I waited for about 15 minutes until a staff came in (with dreadlocks on). I mentioned that I had been waiting for a while and requested for a towel considering i mentioned it to the previous staff in the morning. He did not proffer any placating word or apology or even say a word to me. Walked off and handed me the towel still in silence and with a surly attitude. I thanked him and headed upstairs. Despite this particular staff's elattitude, our stay was great. Staff during the check-in, check out and breakfast service were totally awesome and friendly. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.
