NFU Mutual Canterbury and Sittingbourne

Dealing with NFU is always a pleasure. After years of doing business with other insurance companies I realise what a wonderfully good decision it was to give NFU our business. Jade Malone was the last person I spoke with and this charming delightful caring person exemplified such kindness, wisdom and professionalism and sorted out all the issues I raised. 5th year of insuring my car with NFU - very happy! Competitive price (for my particular car) and quickly resolve any claims (should the worst happen). They’ve been very busy recently and therefore not always easy to contact and have also just changed the software used to price up renewal quotes (with the inevitable teething bugs), however Abigail and her team have been fantastic and I’ve therefore renewed for another year. Highly recommended.
