Always have good fresh food here but unfortunately my steak was tough. Was approached by Leonard to check all okay and just mentioned the fact and he promptly took it away and said they would cook another. Five minutes later he came back to apologise for the wait, which I didn’t mind at all and told him so to which he replied it would be on the house. Customer service at its best. Thank you Leonard you went above and beyond.

Wagamamas is always consistently good if you like Japanese food. They have gluten free options on a reduced menu. The staff were very friendly. The reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that it took a little while for the water to come and it was quite noisy.

A brilliant place to eat great food, atmosphere perfect and best of all they are perfect for catering for people with food allergies a great evening! Thank you.

Wagamamas seemed to have found their little niche in Britain. People are quite happy sat on long tables, munching, slurping & grappling with their food. Nobody seems to bother each other either in their mini banquets. There isn't any order of service. You get what you've ordered when the Chef's have cooked it. Jolly nice food it is too. Fresh & vibrant! Excellent food, friendly staff & a vibrant, chilled atmosphere. What more could you want!!

Great food, not the cheapest but happy to pay for quality. Love being able to pay via mobile and get e-mailed receipts without filling in a million forms.
