We have been infrequent customers of Cousins for the past thirty years. They are always totally professional, polite and and a delight to do business with.
I wouldnt even give one star. They were given a task to value some diamonds. They under weighted the weight colour and clarity when challenged against the actual GIA they claimed that they provide am opinion. So my opinion is they are a less the adequate valuation agent and you will loose money they levied a £10k dimomd at £1200. I would step foot of 50 meters from this place.
