I took one of my watches for a battery change and they broke the winding pin off it plus the back couldn’t be fitted back on. They went to bag it up for me but I asked to speak to somebody else in charge and they apologised and sent the watch off to be fixed free of charge ! Two weeks later I had my watch back. It was sentimental to me as a gift so at first I wasent impressed with them at first trying to bag it up and give me it back broken but in the end everything was done and I collected my watch which at the moment is still working !

Visited Fitzgerald to purchase a Tissot PRX, immediately I was made to feel welcome. Rosie was great, professional and friendly throughout and happy to answer the few query’s I had. Definitely recommend

Superb jewellers, would highly recommend. Beautiful shop space, really comfortable, clean and stylish, great view of the cathedral! Workshop also visible where they do repairs etc. Customer service is faultless. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and make you feel valued.

Best Ear Piercing Experience in Town! I popped into Fitzgerald Jewellers and bought an ear piercing voucher for my daughter. This great value voucher was beautifully gift-wrapped, bagged and presented and looked like a million dollars. Fitzgeralds are an important part of our story and we couldn’t recommend them more highly for beautiful bespoke jewellery from a warm, friendly and personable team! Josh designed my engagement ring with Emma after he searched all the jewellers in Canterbury and further for a bespoke tanzanite ring and I could not love it more!
