H. Samuel

I have shopped from H.Samuel in the past and I am generally a returning customer. However this experience definitely outdid all previous ones. I was served by Moira who was beyond helpful and I barely stopped myself from buying more than what I came in for. She is so knowledgeable and really helped me make the right decision for a gift I was purchasing. Love H.Samuel’s line but I will keep coming back to the Canterbury store for Moira.

Upon entering the store, Moira & Dora were friendly and very helpful. I'd been after a particular watch for sometime, seen it online on HSamuel website but the watch wasn't in stock. Both the colleagues went above and beyond to source the watch from head office and I picked it up after a short wait today. Can't thank them enough.

Moira at the Canterbury branch was so friendly, warm and a great saleswoman. Great sense of humour too. We left the store feeling really happy and thought she was such a nice person! An asset to the store!!

Dora was absolutely fantastic in helping my finance and I find our perfect wedding rings. She really took the time to establish what we were looking for and could not do enough to make sure we left as happy customers. Dora went above and beyond and even contacted your design service to enquire about having a bespoke ring made to suit my engagement ring better. Dora had a ring prototype sent into store in a timely manner so that I could compare rings before making a decision. Dora's communication was brilliant when waiting for our wedding rings to come into store and we can't thank her enough for her wonderful customer support. We will certainly return in future.

Moira is the perfect example of how customer service can be applied to make shopping a happy and positive experience. I feel like the Brooks family made a friend during our visit. Very happy with our purchases too!
