Tremendous service from Andy who visited for the first time today, ten minutes after I telephoned. He offered to repair a lock but I opted for a new fitting given the age of the door and he had the right barrel on the van and fitted it there and then. Very reasonably prices as well, especially given he was able to make an immediate visit, which put my mind at rest. He’s also good (ie patient) with dogs, too! Thank you Andy.

Fabulous service. After being let down by two other locksmiths, Woody responded immediately, arrived within 15 minutes, changed two locks in 20 minutes. Job done! Woody was brilliant. Absolutely amazing!!! Our night latch slipped down and we weren't able to turn the key to open our front door. We called AW Locks, Woody picked up the phone straight away and he was with us before we knew it. He was able to open our door quickly with no problems or damage to the door, which was brilliant for us as we rent our home. Woody even stayed after opening the door to help us figure out what the problem was. Incredible customer service, super friendly and reasonably priced. All round perfect experience, thank you!

Andy is really an outstanding calibre professional with all aspects of his job - quick response, communication, offering a choice to a customer, speed, accuracy, value for money - brought to an excellent standard.
