Dreams - Canterbury

This was our first experience of shopping at Dreams and it was excellent. The shop itself was clean and uncluttered, the beds were well set out. We were welcomed by Richard without feeling pressurised and offered tea, coffee and water and recommended to take our time and test the comfort of the beds (which we did - we were even given pillows!). We have ordered a bed and mattress and are very optimistic that we will be pleased with it. It was a thoroughly enjoyable experience and we were very pleased with the price we paid.

I popped into store with my partner to have a look at some mattresses but in all honesty, had absolutely no idea what I even wanted. Richard introduced himself, offered us a drink and went through sleep match with us, got it all set up to give us a better idea of what sort of mattresses would be better suited to us and then showed us which mattresses came up and where they were in the showroom so we could try them. After a lot of back and forth between two mattresses, Richard was very helpful and went over all the options and explained the 100 day guarantee etc to us. We made a purchase on the day and look forward to it being delivered.

We have never shopped in a bed shop before so we’re unsure of what to expect however we were very pleasantly surprised at how easy, and informative it was. With a huge range of beds a mattresses all tailored to your sleep needs using a machine that tracks how your body sleeps and what mattress is best for you. The sales lady Fran was helpful, kind and understanding. She showed us everything we needed and we ended up buying on the day when we thought it would take us weeks to decide! Would definitely recommend this store to others.

Richard from the Canterbury store was friendly, knowledge and great with the children too! He showed us straight to the mattress we had seen online and then suggested we tried the sleep match machine (great experience). He wasn’t pushy at all and helped us find what worked best for us. All the store staff were friendly and chatty.

We were greeted on arrival and asked if we needed any help, initially we were happy to browse and hand test the mattresses. Then Don asked if we’d like to try out the mattress testing machine, which we did (what a great idea). He then showed us several options, all of which we tested. With Don’s expert advice we were able to find one we were both happy with. We went away for a few hours to think about our choice, went back into store and tried a few again, we were then able to choose with confidence the mattress best suited to us. The whole process was very easy and efficient, we were very impressed with Don’s knowledge of the stock.
