Super helpful and friendly sales guy. Sorry I can't remember his name, but he helped us with the making the best purchase without being at all pushy, and made all the payment and delivery options clear. Delivery team was very friendly and helpful. They got my quite large mattress up my narrow set of stairs and gave me all the information I needed about best caring for my mattress and the returns policy if I wasn't happy.

The welcome was warming, Chris was attentive and listened to our requirements then left us to browse at our leisure. Any questions we had he was there to answer them, He explained everything we needed to know and left us to make our informed decision. When we were ready to purchase he made every effort to give us the best deal possible and he did that! It was a pleasure to go into the shop where there was no pressure to buy, very helpful advice and pleasant manner. WELL DONE

The showroom was well kept and modern. There was a friendly but not pushy welcome on entry. When we expressed an interest in a product the help was immediate and informative. Price was really competitive.

We went in looking for an ottoman bed, plus we had a budget. The guy at the desk was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Having been to other shops first I wasn't expecting to find anything or expecting such a good, non-pushy service. He found just the right thing in our price range, he went out of his way to get what we wanted from another store, and arranged delivery within our time schedule. I would definitely go here first again when looking for great service.

Helpful, friendly, knowledgeable staff. Only too happy to help us choose our new mattress. Took the time to allow us to try numerous mattresses over and over again until we had decided. A good range of prices in store, but that just serves to demonstrate the benefit of spending a bit more to get the better quality. I won't need to return for a while but when I do I'll be sure drop by and speak to Kieran and Chris.
