Wonderful restaurant that serves italian, moroccan, and lebanese food. pleasant staff who seated us quickly as we had pre booked. 4 of us had starters, mains, pudding, drinks/coffee. bill came to £145 plus 10% tip which is optional. food is really good. however, some of the starters were very small. we chose to sit outside in the sunshine. although this is pavement seating we weren't disturbed at all by passers buy. will definitely be back.
I have been to the olive grove a couple of times now. the food is good though it's worth checking the menu carefully to make sure you are ordering the correct dish - the moussaka came as separate components rather than as one dish. however, the service was good, the decor is interesting and the menu varied.
The menu has two sides, italian and lebanon food. ordered lamb tagine but they ran out. switched to lamb chop instead. it says grilled but feels like fried because it’s so crispy on the edge while still tender and juicy inside. the entree includes a salad which is fresh. the garlic mushroom is a bit oily but it’s alright. nice view from the window and cute decorations inside.
Quality over quantity. went for lunch buffet, at first glance the buffet looks small compared to some but boy, it didn't disappoint! good variety in the dishes and all packed full of flavour and quality. pro tip - go for the all inclusive option for soft drinks, salad, desert and coffee included to. we walked out stuffed and had plenty of mains, with the coffee and desert finishing things off nicely.
Had a lovely early dinner here with family, the staff were friendly and the food was amazing! the decor was stunning and was a lovely place to eat. located just off of the high-street and the combination of the two restaurants was really clever. we arrived around 4:15 and the service was quick and it didn’t get too busy by the time we left which was nice
