I had no waiting, the staff were all so friendly, honest and very helpful and went above and beyond helping me transfer everything over from my old phone to the new one. James and Matt made my visit to O2 to buy a new mobile phone the most painless ever. I have had poor experiences with O2 before with staff talking to my husband rather than me (when I am the one asking questions) or being offered inappropriate products for the usage we have described. James and Matt listened to what I asked for, suggested relevant additional products/upgrades and sorted me out with my purchase all within my lunch break. Thank you!
