A quick professional service, finished with me having new glasses which fit perfectly and give me far better vision than a suffered with before, the eye test carried out here was prompt and very good.

I’ve always had great service from the staff at specsavers canterbury. easy to book appointment online which they then confirm. my recent eye test was straightforward but i didn’t have time the same day to choose new frames, so returned a couple of weeks later to choose 3 different frames and joshua did all the measurements and calculations to get me the best price. when i returned to collect the glasses, saw joshua again who completed the fitting quietly and competently. i couldn’t be happier with the service i received and the glasses themselves. thank you.
Super happy that they are open over weekend. lorna was super welcoming and friendly, explaining different tests and being interested in my questions. dan who did my eye test showed me the results and explained readings and pictures taken. very assuring and nice experience. thank you!
Top class customer service. i walked in just after midday on a saturday, normally a very busy time in any specsavers, i showed kelly (one of the staff at the reception) how one of the arms on my glasses was broken & missing a screw. "leave it with me, take a seat" she said. i was surprised, i expected her to say i'm sorry our repair staff don't work weekends or sorry we're too busy but literally 10 minutes later she came right back with my glasses fixed and spotlessly clean. plus she had also adjusted and tightened the other arm on my glasses. "thank you so much, how much do i owe you" i said? "no charge" she replied!! i was stunned, this is how customer service should be. just taking care of people because it's the kind thing to do. respect to you kelly, thank you for your time. i strongly suggest specsavers management should give you a raise.
