This place always have beautiful surprises especially when you come during summer months. Flowers ate grown along the bank and inside their gardens, making it a fairytale scene. You can join some boat tour so you can see the garden from another angle. But just walking along the river is such a joyful sight.

Absolutely stunning garden!! It does get crowded but you can relax here and see beautiful flowers, architecture and a lovely little river. I spent way longer here than I had anticipated and loved every minute. Must see if you're in Canterbury!

One of the most beautiful spots in all of canterbury. The perfect spot for a picnic or walking around. It is absolutely gorgeous all year round and has many photo spots. A great place for a morning run or just a casual day out, there are many beautiful historic scenes to see. There are several activities to be done ranging from tours to river punting on a small row boat like you're in Venice. A FREE must visit garden if you're ever in the area.
