We had a fantastic experience with Tim Lancaster (Conveyancing Executive). As first time buyers we were keen to be guided through the conveyancing process. Tim was fantastic; he was organised, focused and calm. He really understood our objectives and delivered them in a clear manner. Everyone warned us of how stressful buying a house is.
