Jimmy has understood my rather complicated drain layout and as part of the initial visit, lifted the manhole and cleaned out underneath. it may well solve the problem but if not, l can call jimmy back knowing that hes now familiar with the complexities. so £60 well spend for piece of mind and hopefully a problem sorted.
