Wonderful care from an outstanding specialist physio. Kelly was knowledgable , caring and demonstrated expert skills at every appointment. I feel very fortunate to have found this clinic and know that I have had the best treatment possible to recover and gain strength.

Kelly has been absolutely amazing helping me post baby. She helped to correct my posture following my pregnancy and spinal, and has helped with C-section scar tightness, uterus scarring and my pelvic floor. Following lots of NHS physio appointments with mixed results and long delays in getting appointments. I decided to try Tracey Miles Chartered Physiotherapists after a friend recommended them. I have found them to be very professional and efficient with easy to book appointments at times to suit me. Sarah was attentive and caring. She listened well and understood my issues. She was hands on at the first appointment and gave good advice so that my problems are resolved. I now attend her Zoom Pilates class each week which I enjoy and challenges me just enough and helps to keep my problems away. Thank you Sarah.

The physio I have received at this practice has been most effective, with each treatment being given after I have been carefully asked my symptoms. Advice for exercises to do at home is regularly given and much appreciated. I have also found Sarah’s Pilates sessions to be a great help, especially as Sarah takes a lot of care to make sure we get the most out of each exercise.
