Gentleman Heating

Outstanding. The gentleman arrived promptly, was very efficient and unfailingly courteous. The problem was rectified swiftly and with no fuss. I would recommend Gentleman Heating without reservation.

Called with a plumbing emergency, water flooding the upstairs! Received a prompt call, and after sending photos of the water tanks, shut off valves, etc., he walked me through closing the valves myself until someone could come in person to complete the repairs. But no more flooding, such a relief! Thanks for the very prompt and courteous help -- you will definitely be getting more business from me, even when not an emergency!

Steve was a legend! Had a leaking radiator pipe one evening and my 'Home emergency' insurance couldn't get anyone over until the afternoon the following day. Phoned Gentleman Heating out of hours and despite Steve not having the right part in stock he talked me through draining the system over the phone and stopping the leak until the insurer could come the next day. Nothing in it for him but just a great human being! Will use in future though for sure. Mark

I engaged with Steve who made a visit to a potential purchase property to guage the work needed and to carry out a gas safety inspection. He responded in excellent time with detailed list of possible issues and recommendations. Steven has been very helpful and very patient with the vendor as they postponed twice. Will definitely be using Steven if I can in getting our next property ship shape.

When I called Steve after 7 pm, he answered and said he no longer lives in Canterbury so would not be able to come to fix my central heating, but he very kindly went through possible causes of the problem and identified that the system was either blocked or there was insufficient water in it, which was very reassuring as I was quite panicking but now hope it won't be a big job He is really a caring, competent and nice man.
