I've been a tenant with them for the past 2 years and it's been a great experience. Excellent service, with fast email responses for enquiries and ready to help you out if you drop by their office and have any questions. Any information, news or visits are sent in a timely manner. The team is responsible, experienced and organized. I would highly recommend people to get in touch, especially if you're looking for student accommodation.

Moving in was a bit of a hash, no one had told the person working the weekend shift that we were coming but she did her best, we got in and everything was sorted. Since then we have had 2 maintenance issues which were handled very quickly and satisfactorily. All of our communication with Duncan and the rest of the team has been quick, fair, friendly and professional. This is the season for students moving out and Caxtons are busy but they have still found the time to respond to emails on the same day. We are in the process of moving out now and I expect it to go as smoothly as it can, I will update the review if that turns out not to be the case, but I don't expect we will have any issues. All in all we have been very happy in our tenancy and would recommend this agent to anyone who asks.
