I have dealt with Miles and Barr for my rental property for a number of years and have found them very professional and helpful. They have a speedy turnaround and accommodate viewings efficiently. I would recommend their rental services without hesitation.

The agent that took over from the sales Team when the sale was agreed, was excellent. I would recommend Denise but the sales team were not good on communications or following instructions which should have been on my records such as not to call on Thursdays or Fridays and to email instead. Initially I felt the team did not promote the house sale until Miles and Barr were given notice due the lack of expectations given from the valuer. A buyer as found within a week after giving you notice !

Miles and Barr Canterbury have been amazing, we was under offer in less than a week! Everyone I have spoken to has been helpful, kind and professional and everything was explained clearly. Want to say a special thank you to Shannon Phillips who has been dealing with our sale primarily and has been incredible throughout the whole process, she provided regular updates via email and phone and was always willing to take my calls and answer any silly questions we might have.
