In my opinion and that of my friends, the best Fish & Chips within the city of Canterbury. Peter and his family have been supplying quality fish and chips since 1986? George His father sadly passed away but will always be remembered for his excellent service to the community! Peter continues this tradition, the food is all fresh and they remove the skin from the fish unlike so many others, meaning a fillet of cod is just pure fish not chewy skin. They always cook new potato’s when in season, supplied by a local potato merchant, oil always fresh, and it’s spotlessly clean. As a local business owner myself I’ve had the pleasure of both dining there and sending my clients there in the past. Always super food, great service and super friendly staff, a credit to the community!

Great fish, fast service and helpful staff. The place was recommended to us by our tour guide who took us on the nearby boat cruise. We tried their standard fish and chips. The fish felt fresh and everything was nice and crunchy. Definitely one of the best places in Cantebury to try the traditional fish and chips.
