Wayne and his team were superb throughout, from the initial survey and quote, to the installation of the new system. They were clean, tidy, problem solved along the way, and gave us an idiots guide to operating the system in a patient and helpful manner. We always prefer to use independent local companies where possible, even if they are a bit more expensive, and we are very glad we did. Falcon were worth every penny (or pound!).
