Had a lovely time upstairs in the Children's dept. choosing suede Chelsea boots and lovely orange wellingtons with little pull on handles for my 20 month Granddaughter. Very kind, patient, knowledgeable young lady served us .

Staff helpful and friendly despite taking 3 kids in the summers holidays for foot measurements! Good choice of shoes available

Took our Grandson ,for his first school shoes.The staff took great care with measuring his feet,then Ella gave us lots of choices of the shoes and trainers in his size, she was very patient and professional. Excellent experience in all aspects.
