Visit during the sale in the end of the year, the staff here help me to try on the shoes, removing the security tag so that I can figure out the shoes suit me well or not. They are kind and patiently listen the feedback, and we have a short discussion about the shoes I want to purchase, really appreciate it.

Nice and easy, straight in and out within 20 minutes having got the kids P.E. Trainers with ease, even in the last week of the holidays. Lady at the till upstairs looked stressed, certainly not service with a smile 😂
