I recently purchased online a pair of hoka speedgoats and a pair of their recovery sandals. the following day i called the store and they were incredibly helpful and informative about my purchase. absolutely first class service which unfortunately these days is rather unusual rather than the norm. highly recommended and also very quick postage.

Can't recommend this shop highly enough. booked a gait analysis and was served by katie. she was very professional and very knowledgeable. my gait was deemed to be neutral and various trainers were brought out for me to try on and run with on the treadmill until i had found the ones that were most comfortable. i had had a problem with my previous shoes being too small and it was recommended that i went up a size and a half from my normal shoes. i ran in my first 10k event the day after buying the new trainers and it couldn't have gone any better. i ran my best time and the trainers were so comfortable and didn't cause me any problems. will always go here when needing trainers.

Fantastic personal and professional service given from dominic and team. had a gait analysis this afternoon and tried four suitable options which were video analysed each time until i settled on a pair of hoka arahi 6’s. dominic’s knowledge in this field is obviously exceptional and he explained everything in great detail backing up what he said with frame by frame images. first class service and good pricing. this is the running shop to go to - thanks, i’ll be back again no doubt in the future.

These guys know their stuff. i was a little nervous to go in here as it's a running shop and i don't run but i find running shoes the best for my feet. as soon as i spoke to the gentleman and told him what i was after he put me at ease and was going through all the brands and types of shoes . i was really impressed with the expertise and information he was giving me. he gave me his honest opinion and when i tried on the brooks i knew i needed them and bought them. what i appreciated was him listening and helping me. i will definitely be back to buy another pair. the shop has a huge selection of shoes and other running clothing. thank you guys!
