So - I have been using this company to get me from Rochester to Kent and Canterbury hospital and back for my physio placement, 2x a day for the last 5 weeks. The customer service has been amazing!. My main driver "Daz" is so welcoming and friendly, always attentive to my comfortability. He is always on time at 6.45am and I've never been late. Additionally, I've finished early, in some instances nearly an hour. Calling into the office and speaking to the owner about getting an earlier taxi has never been a problem and he always tried his best to keep me updated. Overall its been a pleasure using you for the past 5 weeks, thanks so much for the great service and Daz defiantly deserves a raise! I will defiantly use again. Regards. Mike.

Customer service was amazing. I made a mistake with my online booking but they sorted it out for me and were very understanding. Driver was very professional. Will definitely use again.
