TUI Holiday Store

My Grandparents used TUI in canterbury to book their last holiday. I am very happy with how Kirsten treated them. They really enjoyed their stay in Croatia and have said how kind, welcoming and professional Kirsten was through their whole experience.

We booked our holiday to Rhodes online but our holiday was cancelled due to the wildfires. We tried to contact the call centre but was unsuccessful so I went into my local Tui shop in Canterbury and they were absolutely fantastic. Chloe and her colleagues helped to sort everything out for us. They were so helpful and polite - it turned the whole experience around. We were able to book an alternative holiday to Kos which was fabulous. I definitely recommend the Canterbury branch and I will be going into the shop to book my next holiday rather than booking online. Thank you Chloe for turning a stressful situation into an unforgettable holiday.

Booked our family holiday with Stacey. This is our first family holiday aboard so was unsure what to expect . Stacey found us the perfect holiday and put us more at ease from the moment we sat down. She was very friendly and helpful. We even got a lovely cup of tea. Highly recommend the service.
