Excellent service receptionist and nurses so understanding really felt they understood how important our cat is to us vet excellent would definitely recommend for out of hours care and re assurance thank you !

Couldn't have been kinder when i took my poor koda in recently. such caring people dealt with everything and were not pushy with me.

Totally professional staff in both clinical and administrative sections. a leading example of what a veterinary practice should be. clinical guidance given in easy to understand sections. very understanding and key skills of listening to the owner of the patient. very responsive in query resolution.

Been taking my pets to barton’s since 2013 when i moved to canterbury. i’ve always found the vets, nurses and reception staff friendly, efficient & helpful. always good idea to use their pet plan which includes annual vaccinations & check-ups. both my dogs had to be put down and dan so lovely and kind during that tough time.

It's been a few months on but i'd like to thank vet eva... sorry if i've got that wrong from memory.... you removed a lump from breras leg.. my cat....... back in june it was a traumatic experience for me and the cat but she was well cared for and all is well after it's removal... brera is not missing her lump neither am i! all the people i saw were amazing and i'd like to say thankyou again. so thankyou... kindest regards to you all.
