So glad I chose to use CVS. Val on reception was extremely helpful and Peter the vet was amazing and very knowledgeable. Put my mind at ease and didn’t feel rushed. Will definitely be back and would highly recommend. Thank you for a pleasant experience

They are incredible. My brothers puppy was brang in for surgery and she is recovering well and that's thanks to the amazing team at the veterinary surgery. Wesley and me are very grateful for them and we highly recommend this vet surgery for your pets they are amazing and really genuinely care for your animals

All of the staff are great. They are all understanding, empathise with the owners and give you time to talk. The vets will suggest cheaper alternative versions of medication if and when possible, showing an understanding of the difficulties in the cost of treatment. They show patience with the pets and are gentle. I can't fault them and would highly recommend them

I had the pleasure of visiting the Canterbury Veterinary Surgery recently, and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. First of all, it was great to have a designated parking area, so I didn't have to stress about finding a spot on the street. Upon entering the clinic, I was greeted by the friendliest receptionist who made me feel at ease right away. They had a very warm and welcoming atmosphere which I appreciated, especially when bringing my furry friend to the vet. The vet who tended to my pet was fantastic, they were very professional and knew exactly what they were doing. You could tell they truly care about their animal patients. Another huge bonus of this clinic is the pricing. The VIP monthly subscription is very reasonable and has saved me a lot of money in the long run. Even without the subscription, their prices are more than fair for the excellent service that you receive. Lastly, I want to commend the staff on their efficiency. I've never had to wait longer than 10 minutes in the waiting room, which is rare for most veterinary clinics. Overall, I would highly recommend the Canterbury Veterinary Surgery to anyone in the area who needs a trustworthy and affordable clinic for their pets. Keep up the great work!

Fantastic experience. Both our Dogs were seen today. Vet picked up that one of our Dogs has Nuclear sclerosis. I had noticed a blue tinge in his eyes for some time. His seen two different vets at another practice but they had never picked up on it. My other dog has been on steroids for allergies the vet today prescribed a tablet that is A safer and B targets the itch. So I would recommend these vets. Outstanding experience plus they take their time.
