Winters Barns

Many thanks to Sophie and the entire team for helping to make my daughter’s wedding a most memorable day. The whole experience from start to finish was smooth and effortless. Fantastic, helpful, efficient and friendly staff. Excellent food and drink. Every request dealt with promptly and without question. Clean and very well presented rooms (including overnight accommodation). Would thoroughly recommend as a great wedding venue.

We got married on 3rd March 2023 and had Sophie as our wedding co-ordinator. From our initial meeting with her until the big day itself everything went so smoothly. A mere five minutes into our initial meeting we felt instantly comfortable with Sophie, as she explained everything so well and gave us some fantastic recommendations (this was even before we even booked!!!) There was no ‘hard sell’ or ‘you better be quick; we’re getting booked up fast’ just a comfortable conversation about exactly what we wanted and whether or not the venue was right for us. We were also given time to think about it and not pressured either way. The salon (where the bride tribe get ready) is so spacious and even has a ‘call’ button so there’s no fear of being seen before your grand entrance. The pump room (where the groom goes) has great facilities also; a huge bathroom, lots of hanging space and a ‘call’ button. Also loved the tea, coffee and water which was readily available. Plus, you don’t have to worry about moving your things into the cottage for the evening – all that is taken care of. We made use of the farmhouse and surrounding huts, together with the breakfast for our family the next day and again we cannot fault this. The venue itself is breath-taking, steeped in history and looks unbelievable in photos. We genuinely cannot recommend them enough. More importantly no question was a ‘silly question’ and all of our ideas came to life on the day. We’ve had friends and family comment on how brilliant everything was, how the day ran like clockwork and how it was the best wedding they’ve ever been to. So, if you’re looking for an all-in-one venue with amazing staff who go above and beyond – look no further!

We had our wedding here in October 2023 and it was an incredible day! Winters Barn wedding coordinator team were fantastic and so accommodating. Sally was our wedding coordinator for the day and she was so timely and made sure all went smoothly during the day. She was incredible and made everything tie together. The venue is beautiful and enchanting and provided an intimate setting for our day. Honestly we were so happy with our choice and would really recommend the venue if you are in the stages of deciding!

From the moment we found this venue we knew we wanted to have our wedding at Winters! From the get go, every member of staff has been outstanding! So helpful and knowledgable and nothing was too much trouble, they’ve always been on hand to support and respond to any and all queries in the run up to our day. Sally was our day of coordinator and we honestly couldn’t have asked for better! She was so fun and happy, putting me and my girls at ease on the day and ready for any and all weird and wonderful requests, I don’t think we could have organised ourselves without her she was amazing! The venue is so stunning, the getting ready rooms and accommodation are so lovely and all the touches that they put into the venue is amazing! We honestly couldn’t have wished for a better day, it was faultless and we’ve had rave reviews from our guests! Thank you so much to Sally and team for making our day so magical! We’ll treasure our wedding day always!

Not only is is beautiful looking with some lovely photo opportunities but the service, attention to detail and experience they provide to their clients is exceptional. I love working here.
