Love, love, love my regular sessions with mindful pregnancy yoga! kaszka creates such a relaxing and kind atmosphere in which i always feel welcome to practice. she is so knowledgable and has such a calming presence, offering adaptations to ensure it suits all abilities! would highly recommend!
Mindful pregnancy yoga with kashka was wonderful and i’d highly recommend. i enjoyed the 6 week programme, to relax, stretch and devote each hour to me and my baby. kashka made every session peaceful with fairy lights, yoga mats and blankets. she was so supportive and her experience as a midwife has helped us prepare of birth. thank you kashka!
