I visited Emma at Cardiff Acupuncture Clinic to get help for severe anxiety which gave me very unpleasant side effects. After just 5 treatments I felt huge benefits, with side effects reducing quickly as my well being improved dramatically . Emma explained that she would treat my whole body rather than focusing just on one aspect of my condition and this had a healing impact on me immediately . I found Emma’s calm, confident approach to the treatment very reassuring . She was confident that she could help me and she has! I cannot recommend her enough. Brilliant

Emma is great! Approachable and professional. I was struggling with extreme stress that was affecting my physical and mental wellbeing. After just a few treatments I felt so much lighter and back to myself with a clear head to be able to then deal practically with what I needed to. She also offers specialist treatments for female hormone balance and fertility, which have had a great impact on monthly cycles.

I visited Emma a year ago with a very painful knee. About to take a long haul flight, I was concerned. Emma is a very calm person and after just one session, I felt the benefit of Acupuncture. Not knowing what to expect, it was very reassuring. Two further sessions helped greatly, and have not suffered the pain I was experiencing at that time. I would recommend Emma at any time.

I went to Emma because I am recovering from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and a colleague said they had found acupuncture helpful. I had some very specific treatment requests around the illness feeling as if it were in my knees - weird but that's how it was. I experienced some very clear and definite improvements in my knees specifically, which I can only attribute to what Emma did. In addition I have had generally better energy and better mood since I've been being treated. CFS has very little that can be done for it, but Emma's work has definitely helped a lot.

My partner booked me into have an acupuncture session with Emma as I was experiencing extreme levels of stress due to my job and other factors. This was affecting my cognitive abilities and was causing concern to myself and loved ones. I had never been to acupuncture, or any sort of therapy previously but since my initial consultation I have felt such benefits that I make sure I visit Emma once or twice a month. I can honestly say that I feel 100x better than when I first visited and I feel more positive in general. I would recommend Emma to anyone who is feeling overwhelmed in work or just general life.
