Very good service

Good service can't complain

After my insurance company disappointed me, I called this company and the response was fabulous 👌

Had to chase them a bit as they did not turn up when they said they would however when the engineer arrived he was very polite, was wearing a mask and kept his distance. He got straight to work on diagnosing the fault with our fridge/freezer and advised us of the best way forward. Only charged the call out fee that was agreed when we first called him. Over all we were very impressed with the service and would recommend.
