I had a pain au raisin, a brie, walnut and honey focaccia and a cookie sandwich from their stall at the farmers market in roath (on a saturday for anyone wondering). it was all so delicious and i love the unique flavours. definitely worth a look for anyone who likes a sweet or savoury treat!
Some of the best baked goods i have ever tasted! the flavours of the doughnuts and queens change quite often so you can try lots of different ones. really pleased to have such a high quality bakery nearby. their sister café the early bird is also lovely (can't wait to visit again when they can reopen!). they also sell a good selection of deli/pantry items e.g jams, pasta, condiments etc and offer a delivery service.
Fantastic artisan bakery hidden along moy road off albany road or macintosh place also known as friends in knead. lovely sourdough bread and doughnuts to die for 😁
Found this place through the amazing ‘too good to go’ app, and i’m so glad i did. hugely authentic and welcoming, felt like everything was being made just meters away from where it was being sold. staff were extremely friendly. the doughnut (not pictured as it’s in my belly already) was probably the best doughnut i’ve had in my life. if everything else is the same standard then i’m in for a treat!
