Tredz Bikes | Cardiff

I used Tredz to buy my first bike on Cycle to work scheme. I had awful customer service at Evans which was further highlighted when Tredz were so brilliant with me. I delt purely with Chris, he was fantastic. Answered the phone to me on my initial call and followed me right through to getting mud guards fitted several weeks later. I can't fault them/ him. Chris spent about 2hrs with me on my first visit, stood in the rain keeping my parter entertained when I did laps of the car park. I went in with some idea of what I wanted and a bit of research behind me. Chris filled in all the gaps, great knowledge really appreciated his manner when talking to a complete novice, in Evans I was spoken down to. He was helpful but did not over complicate things either. I left with my bike the following week after it was all approved by the scheme. All communication was easy and helpful. I can't fault it. It was above and beyond what you would expect. You also really get a measure of a place when things go a little wrong, we had some issues with Mud guards and they were fab wit it, very accommodating and just keen to ensure everything was done that could be - and they did! Just a massive thank you to Chris for making the experience super easy and enjoyable. I love the bike!!!

I went there today because of my bike gear shift issue so I thought I needed a new derailleur apparently it is cable tension. Thanks to James 👍 he is able to explain and help me figure out issues. He was able to give tips on maintaining my bike and explained how things. I honestly don't meet people like James who is a great guy. Great customer service I would definitely come back if I had issues or enquiries.

I had loads of questions about road bikes, accessories and the cycle to work scheme. Ollie answered everything and the team set the bike up for me and swapped some gear which I order too, including swapping the cassettes on my turbo trainer. Highly recommend

Took an old road bike in for service and a few adjustments. Got great advice on tyres and options for the other adjustments. Very knowledgeable team, friendly and welcoming. Dropped by at 9.30, collected by 11.30 same day. Good service, excellent value. Absolutely recommend.

My partner and I walked into Treadz hoping to get a bike for my daughters birthday and was met by Jennifer. She was very approachable and answered all the questions we had with ease - very informative. The bike is perfect for my daughter and she absolutely loves it! Thank you for all your help Jennifer!
