I've been a patient at cardiff chiropractic clinic for around 6 years now. i previously went to a chiropractor in cardiff bay, but found that i was not benefiting from the three minute treatment sessions. gareth at ccc has looked after me well keeping me maintained. i was apprehensive when he announce his retirement, and that owen and abby would be taking the practice over. fortunately, my fears were unnecessary as owen has shown great attention to detail, talks me through exactly what he's doing as he's doing it, and provides additional soft tissue massage where required in addition to the chiropractic adjustments. i see chiropractic treatment as a maintenance plan long-term rather than a fix-it-when-it-breaks service, and am pleased that owen will be there for the long term.
