I first went to see luis last year and i highly recommend! he is very friendly, helpful, professional and great at putting you at ease. he knows his stuff and has several methods of treatment in addition to adjustments. i was suffering from lower back pain (caused from a back spasm injury 4 years ago) and have seen several chiropractors in cardiff over the years. i would say luis is definitely the best. before each adjustment, he spends time working on your muscles so they have time to relax, which results in better release. a much better outcome than a quick 15min appointment i've had elsewhere for the same price! my lower back feels much better since seeing luis, thank you!
