Adept PC Repair

Had a problem with my playstation 5’s hdmi port, enquired adept pc repair and got a reply very quickly. extremely accommodating and fixed the issue within 24hrs. fantastic communication and a reasonable price. cannot recommend enough.

Broken xbox series x hdmi port replaced, can't fault the service at all. a really nice guy who is really good at what he does. very reasonable price and a 1st class, faultless service. will recomended to my friends and certainly use again. i have one happy 8 year old who can now use his xbox again. thank you!

First time meeting ian, and what a pleasure. we had a great discussion and he was very knowledgeable in his department. i honestly thought it would take a little longer than it did to get my pc diagnosed and repaired, but to my delight it was done within 12 hours. i'd highly recommend ian and adept pc. it was pleasure and thanks for keeping me in the loop and up to date frequently via phone call.

I brought my laptop in to ian for repair this week. he was able to take it in as soon as we called and he quickly found the cause of the problem. it turned out the charger and the charging jack were both broken, and so ian repaired the fittings on the computer and also replaced the charger for us. we were really impressed with how quickly it was done and how professional and communicative ian was. he kept us updated via phone and text and also provided a receipt for the work upon collection which we really appreciated. there was nothing to fault in any way - it was perfect service and we'd definitely recommend to anyone 🙂

I cannot recommend ian enough! i have used ian to fix switches and ipads (yes we have accident prone children) and each time the service is impeccable, from communication, affordability to the very quick turnaround. ian is always polite, friendly and extremely trustworthy, which is so important with expensive items. thank you again ian. wouldn’t go anywhere else!
