Really friendly, professional and efficient service. Traded my old iPad and it was all sorted within 10-20 mins. The technician explained everything clearly and was polite throughout. Very happy with the service. I took my broken laptop in for diagnosis. Unfortunately, it was not worth repairing (broken motherboard) but all of my saved data was recovered onto my external hard drive, then the laptops HDD and SSD were wiped clean so I can sell the laptop for spare parts. It was a very professional service and very friendly staff.

What a service. Why go to Apple and pay the extreme amounts. Thinking I was the Cyber Version of Batman and unistalling Os only to realise I couldn't reinstall it. Then Robin, who always saves the day when Batman is in trouble, Tech Master SLT Ltd (not in tights I might add or cape) asked to bring it in. 60 minutes later it was done. KERPOW I'm all seriousness are bloody brilliant and would highly recommend

I really needed expert help to upgrade my mac as it requires the screen to be carefully taken off. The staff are really friendly and provide competitive prices, are very supportive and offer helpful advice. Highly recommended!
