My laptop had stopped working and i wasn't able to access my work so took it into these guys to see if they could help. 10/10 service. they were so helpful and retrieved all of my files!

Even though it took forever to fix my pc, (stuck in a boot loop) it's wasn't this businesses fault. so happy we got to a conclusion and i have my pc back much improved. great service and very reasonable for the time spent on diagnosing and upgrading my pc. thanks neal and co. dave.

Neil was helpful and friendly when dealing with me regarding an overheating issue in my gaming pc. it was a difficult fault to diagnose but the machine was eventually returned to me in full working order. i would say be prepared to wait a while. i was quoted 2 days on a diagnosis which took much longer but i can't hold this against the business due to the complexity of the issue and the fact that they are very busy. i'll also say the price was very reasonable, and probably would have come down further if they'd succeeded in repairing the broken component which they did attempt to do before it was replaced.
