Absolutely fantastic service from everyone that I have interacted with so far who works here! I went in for the first time (having never used a laundrette before) and the lovely gent working helped me every step of the way (sorry I didn’t catch his name!). Such a lovely place, and I emailed beforehand as well as afterwards with questions and they were incredibly helpful and responsive. If I could give more than 5 stars I would !!

The team at Cardiff Perfections Launderette on 75 Broadway, Cardiff, are faultless. They always go the extra mile, and nothing is too much to ask. All my tailoring is done here and reliably finished to a high standard, turned around swiftly. Would recommend to all.

Great experience using this dry cleaners. The customer service was fantastic, really responsive and helpful. The collection and delivery was really seamless and the driver, Ali, was great to locate the address despite it being a new property not yet on Google maps. Would happily recommend & use again.
