Happy with the service. have used a&h pontcanna for about 6/7 years for letting and tenant finder service and they have always found good tenants and quickly too and used them for a referencing service when i found the tenant and they were very helpful. used them for mortgage advisor too. great service. have dealt with sophie who is great at updating about the letting process and is lovely.
