I have been working in the property industry for over 30 years and dealt with many estate agents and the only reviews l would be tempted to write would be negative but after helping my son buy his first home, l must write a review with the difference between many of the well known agents in that area and allen and harris and it’s 5 stars difference!! even though my son had everything in place,ready to go on a property, the other agents were not interested,thankfully a house came in the market with allen & harris that he ended up buying but from the first viewing to him collecting his keys all the staff were nothing but friendly,very professional and attentive with nothing being too much trouble for them i have got to give a massive thanks to vicky who always answered any queries swiftly who is so knowledgeable and experienced but also to mel who went way above and beyond her job role as she actually walked to the solicitors office twice to make sure my son completed that day, amazing,what estate agent would do that? so to anyone who is thinking of selling or buying a property and want a stress free experience then go no further than allen & harris in roath

Maya from allen and harris deposit team was brilliant in helping me with the process of returning my deposit. it was a bit of a tricky one but each phone call with her she was polite and professional and i really felt that she was doing her best for me as the tenant.

Mark hinton in the lettings section is quite frankly a legend. a particularly tricky tenant caused a lot of damage to one of my properties but mark calmly and sensitively dealt with the issue and i am being reimbursed almost fully through the deposit scheme. superb communication and effective, efficient service. so impressed

Kevin and harry in the roath branch are brilliant folk. they went above and beyond whilst we were trying to find and rent a flat, and made our move down to wales from the north of england much more straightforward than it otherwise could have been. friendly, helpful and efficient estate agents!
