I have been with Penquin for 8-9 years and am very happy with the services I receive. All staff without exception are extremely friendly but very professional at the same time. My advisor, Tom, always has a smile on his face and always gives good solid advice. The markets over the last few years have been turbulent to say the least but I believe that Penquin have handled my investments as well if not better than many other financial firms. I’m more than happy to allow Penquin to handle my investments on my behalf and know that I will be kept involved by means of regular face to face updates. I would certainly recommend Penquin to anybody who would like to go down the road of financial/investment management.

Had a meeting today with Tom. He helped me understand everything I needed to know about my pension, also very helpful and informative about other subjects I’m glad I had the meeting. He was very professional and helped put me at ease.
