I'm in the US and I wanted to send my Aunt flowers in Wales. I placed the order and they emailed me back the very next day to say that they don't normally deliver to that area but they did have one delivery close by so they would do it. The bouquet was huge and absolutely gorgeous. I couldn't have been more pleased. They were so great and communicated well even though they were 5 hours ahead of me. Thank you so much. My aunt LOVED her bouquet.

Ordered funeral flowers from Bettys online. Phoned next day to confirm the order and was assured that they would be beautiful for the day. I was not disappointed. They were absolutely stunning. The photo does them an injustice as you cannot truly see how fresh and gorgeous the flowers were. Bettys did not scrimp on the arrangements I ordered, and every bloom was perfection, especially the roses! I was embarrassed to see that the floral tributes I ordered from Bettys, outshone even the family flowers and all other arrangements from an unnamed competitor! Thank you Bettys for the beautiful wreaths, made and sent with love, to our beloved friend.

Cannot recommend this business enough. Arrived in store at 9:30am on Monday just gone, they were extremely busy preparing for orders that were going out that day. I asked if there was anything ready to go that I could take, and unfortunately there wasn't. However, after explaining I was desperate to get hold of some flowers, one member of staff, after noticing my urgency, stopped what they were doing and made me the most beautiful bouquet of Lillies in just 10 minutes. I'm so grateful for that, and will definitely be using Betty's Florist for any future orders. HUGE thankyou to the staff member who helped me in a time of need.

Betty's recently did our wedding flowers - we went with them after receiving a gorgeous bouquet for our engagement. We went for a wild flower type theme and the flowers were stunning! Add that to great service, being super flexible to changes and on top of that incredible value. Could not recommend more!
