From the moment we arrived at coles funeral directors in rumney, we felt at ease with amanda, who went through all the necessary arrangements with us with the utmost professionalism & sincerity for the loss of our dear son. on the day it was all perfect, steven & his team were very professional & sincere, everything was timed extremely well at the very saddest of times, you did david proud. we would also like to say how very pleased we were with the celebrant karen jones. she was professional, kind & also very sincere, at a very sad time, when nobody should have to say goodbye to their very loved only child. thank you again to all involved.
