Cole’s have been outstanding organising my mothers funeral. the level of professionalism and expertise that was shown gave us great confidence and comfort as a family going through an extremely difficult time. the amount of detail that cole’s helped us with to give our mum a beautiful send off was fantastic, and we were so pleased how it went. every request was completed promptly and with great confidence, which has made this incredibly hard process easier. the staff on reception have been friendly and the amount of care and time they gave to my mum while she was there was very comforting. i would highly recommend coles.
