What an amazing company. To be so comforting, kind and gentle to people at such an awful time is truly a gift. I have to praise one member of staff in particular, Gemma. She is so kind and at the same time very professional. Nothing is too much trouble for her and she certainly goes above and beyond. Gemma is a massive asset to Caesar Jones.

Visited yesterday to arrange a funeral for a dear friend was helped by Gemma she was just amazing so professional yet very human made a difficult day. Easier she is a credit to her profession and d Caesar Jones are lucky to have her thanks Gemma you are a super star David mansbridge

Gemma was a huge help at a very difficult time. She was able to source all of our requests and everything we asked for was carried out perfectly on the day. Also Sue and all of the staff were very professional and compassionate on the day of the funeral. I cannot recommend them enough.

My mother had a funeral plan in place already which made arranging the funeral much easier. However, there were some additional requirements to finalise and we would like to thank Sue Perry especially for her kindness and compassion helping us through this process. Everyone involved, both with the arrangements and on the day of the funeral, was so kind and helpful.
