What a shop, the staff are incredibly friendly! the ladies i spoke with in the shop where happy to guide me through all the options available, they were happy showing my all the fabric choices available for my imola chair. while they were finalising the details i had a wander around the shop and saw several other pieces that are now on my list of things i'd like. obviously this isn't something you walk out of the store with as they're hand made so it does take a little time which is fair enough. the two gentlemen who delivered the chair again we're very friendly, talked me through what they would do with setting it up, made sure the space was ready for the chair, gave care instructions etc. such a fantastic service from start to finish, i wouldn't hesitate to get more from them. boconcept you've got a great team in cardiff 👍

An amazing shop, with all the staff very friendly, helpful and knowledgable. ellyw and ellie were so helpful, in listening to my ideas, and then providing their thoughts and ideas. they spent a lot of time considering their proposals. the result has been amazing. the team were great when delivering the furniture, and we all had a good time organising it all. bo concept are lucky to have such a hope and also ellyw and ellie as their ambassadors for the brand. thank you so much.

Boconcept give a wonderful experience from start to finish, the store is lovely, very laid back and friendly staff, the goods are up there with the best. we have bought numerous items, from cushions and throws right through to a sofa. when the sofa was delivered we were notified throughout its journey as to when it would arrive and when it did the crew were truly professional, helpful and friendly, a wonderful 5 star experience all round.

The warm welcome on our visit to the store was so friendly. ellie guided us, gave us some great advice, together with swatches to take home and emailed us images of suitable dining tables. we communicated by phone and email to place the order - dealt with ellyw and beth who were also really helpful. the whole process, including arranging delivery, delivery itself and assembly has been seamless. so happy with the service and product.

Fantastic shop! was great to be able to customise the furniture in both size and fabric (far more options that what is available on the website). special thanks to ellyw who helped us pick the colours and finish, along with keeping us informed along the journey to delivery. delivery and installation was prompt, and brilliant that the build is all done for you!
